Ciaran Obroin is an experienced Compliance expert and Risk & Control Manager at Intel, with a proven track record in designing and implementing risk management frameworks for large organizations to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Since November 2011, Ciaran has served as Corporate Services Risk and Controls Manager, leading efforts to redesign risk management structures and implementing an ethics integrity metrics monitoring program that achieved 95% training compliance across ten divisions. Previously, Ciaran held the position of Fab68 Dalian Controls & Compliance Manager, where project management skills were showcased in establishing a compliance framework for a factory startup in China. Ciaran's contributions have been recognized with the Intel Corporate Ethics & Compliance individual excellence award in 2011. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Business Development Manager for Intel Resale, focusing on sales and marketing initiatives in EMEA and Asia.
