Dana Wilson has over 28 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as an Operations Manager at Intel since 1995. Responsibilities include leading the performance management process for a diverse workforce exceeding 200 employees, developing strategic workforce plans, and coordinating an intern program involving over 40 participants.
