David Hannon

David Hannon is the Global Director of Construction Contract Delivery at Intel Corporation, bringing over 25 years of project management experience in construction and facilities management across Europe, Israel, Russia, and the US. They previously held various roles at Jacobs Engineering Group and served as Program Manager at the National Treasury Management Agency from 2007 to 2023. David's earlier positions at Intel include EMEA Regional Contracts Manager and CFSC - Regional Supply Chain Director for the Europe region. They earned a Master of Science in Programme Management from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Business from University College Dublin.
