Douglas Brittain

Douglas Brittain has extensive experience in human resources management, primarily at Intel Corporation since July 2010, where Douglas currently serves as Acting HR Director for IT. Key accomplishments include orchestrating the onboarding of the Chief Information Officer and integrating senior staff members. Previous roles at Intel include HR Manager, Organization Development Consultant, and HR Business Partner, where Douglas focused on hiring, organizational design, and strategic HR solutions. Prior to Intel, Douglas worked as an Independent Distributor for Flower Foods and as a Field Supervisor for Professional Grade Gas, developing customer relations and managing teams. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Leadership from Arizona State University.
