Elaine Gaughran

Elaine Gaughran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Intel Corporation since September 2005, currently serving as the Technical Skills and Capabilities Ireland Site Lead. In this role, Elaine supports training systems to ensure a skilled workforce. Previous positions include Technical Skills and Capabilities Training Engineer, where Elaine implemented augmented and virtual reality solutions for effective technical training, and Senior Process Engineer, responsible for managing installations and technology transfers. Elaine also contributed as a Sort Engineer and Module Team Leader, overseeing module operations and technician training to optimize resource management. Prior to Intel, Elaine was a Lab Technician at Maynooth University, facilitating undergraduate labs and assisting postgraduate students. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Molecular Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from Maynooth University.
