Eric Petit

Eric Petit is a Senior Research Engineer and Math Library Specialist at Intel Corporation, where they focus on applied machine learning and numerical libraries. From 2020 to 2023, Eric led research on computer arithmetic and AI/ML applications for code generation and optimization. Prior to their role at Intel, Eric worked at Université de Versailles St. Quentin-en-Yvelines, specializing in HPC applications and contributing to several European research projects. Eric completed their PhD in Computer Science at Université de Rennes, where their research concentrated on compilation, architecture, and parallelism.
