Frank Liu

Frank Liu is an experienced engineer specializing in analog design and high-speed transceivers. Currently serving as an Analog Design Manager at Intel Corporation since January 2016, Frank Liu focuses on high-speed transceiver design for PCIe applications, alongside firmware development and customer support for FPGA integration. Previous roles include Analog Design Engineer at Altera, where expertise was applied in PLL-based clock generators, and Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics, where Frank Liu concentrated on high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
