Gareth Harries

Gareth Harries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, ethics, and compliance. Currently serving as the Intel Ethics & Compliance Director at Intel Corporation since January 2005, Gareth leads the design and implementation of global ethics and compliance programs. Previously held roles at Intel include Finance Program Management Office Director, M&A Integration Director, and Divisional CFO for the Datacenter Systems & Engineering Division, demonstrating expertise in financial management, risk control, and strategic planning. Before joining Intel, Gareth was Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner at BGF Solutions Ltd, and held several key finance positions at GE, including Shared Service Center Project Manager and Corporate Finance Director. Early career experience includes working as an Audit Manager at KPMG. Gareth holds a First Class degree in Mathematical Astrophysics from Cardiff University.
