Gary Hunter

Gary Hunter is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in product development and semiconductor design. Formerly the Engineering Director for Intel’s Neural Processing Unit (NPU), they contributed significantly to IP product feature definition and execution across hardware and software. Prior to this role, Gary held positions at companies such as Microemissive Displays Ltd., Nortel Networks, and Synopsys, where they managed teams and developed critical components in digital design and verification. Gary earned a Master's degree in Electronics from The University of Edinburgh and a CPDC in Management and Leadership from Dublin Institute of Technology, showcasing a strong foundation in both technical and managerial skills. They are currently pursuing education at the Institute of Project Management.
