Gemma Suh

Gemma Suh is an experienced attorney specializing in patent litigation and intellectual property. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Managing Counsel for Patent Litigation at Intel Corporation since October 2018, Gemma has previously held the role of Senior Litigation Counsel at Nokia from May 2012 to September 2018 and worked as a Litigation Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from October 2006 to April 2012. Gemma's legal career began with a Summer Legal Internship at the Center for Democracy & Technology in 2004. Gemma holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism and East Asian Languages and Literature from The University of Georgia (1999-2003).
