Gil Tal

Gil Tal is an experienced validation professional with a background in post-silicon system validation management across multiple leading technology companies. At Intel Corporation, Gil played a key role in establishing validation teams and methodologies for autonomous car dedicated SoCs and served as a CEE Innovation leader, focusing on innovation strategies and team development. At Mobileye, Gil continued to manage a development team, enhancing validation processes for autonomous car SoCs. As Director of System & Validation at Astera Labs, Gil oversees all engineering activities in the Israeli site. Currently, Gil is engaged in post-silicon validation for Habana Labs AI products at Intel Corporation. Gil's extensive experience began at Marvell Israel Ltd., where responsibilities included managing validation teams, developing test plans, and mentoring engineers. Gil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
