Guobin Liu

Guobin Liu is a Staff Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they have been applying their expertise in Light Peak Technology since 2010. Previously, Guobin held various positions, including Staff Electronic Engineer at Intel Corporation and R&D Engineer at Avago Technologies. Guobin has also worked as a Sr. System Engineer at Sycamore Networks and as an Optical Engineer at Optovia Corp. They obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they also served as a lecturer. Guobin completed their undergraduate studies with a B.S. in Physics from Peking University.
