Harry Demas

Harry Demas is currently the Vice President of Corporate Securities and Governance at Intel Corporation, bringing extensive experience as a public company and M&A attorney. Previously, they served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Unified Grocers, overseeing all legal matters, as well as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cognizant, where they led corporate governance and M&A initiatives. Harry has held significant positions at notable law firms, including partner at Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, and Of Counsel at Latham & Watkins, where they represented companies in various securities and governance matters. They hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
