Harry Liang

Harry Liang has extensive experience at Intel Corporation, where positions have included LTDM Metal Department Manager, managing a group of engineering managers, and overseeing all aspects of metal area process ramp, technology transfer, and manufacturing system development. Previous roles include TD Test Department Manager, responsible for new product test and sort introduction, and Intel Fab68 Factory Manager. Harry has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Mechanical and Materials Science Department at Portland State University, teaching graduate-level courses in Thin Film Processing. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University.
