Heather M. Bell

Heather M. Bell is the Associate General Counsel at Intel Corporation, where they manage legal matters for the Datacenter and Artificial Intelligence category sales and pricing teams. With extensive experience in the legal field, Heather previously served as Senior Counsel at Intel, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel at Walmart, advising on various commercial contracts and compliance issues. Heather began their career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. They earned their law degree with high honors from Duke University School of Law.
