Hilary B

Hilary B has over 20 years of experience in communications and learning program management, currently serving as a Learning Program Manager at Intel Corporation since 2008. In this role, Hilary leads a matrixed team to develop and implement strategic learning initiatives focused on advanced silicon manufacturing, fostering a culture of continuous learning across diverse geographies. Previous positions at Intel include Communications Manager for NAND-DTM, where Hilary executed a communications strategy during a significant business unit closure, and Executive Communications Manager for the Design Engineering Group, responsible for refining messaging and ensuring impactful communication across multiple channels.
