Ilya Karpov

Ilya Karpov is a Senior Technologist at Intel Corporation, recognized for leadership in advanced semiconductor process technologies. With extensive experience in logic and embedded memory integration, Ilya has contributed to numerous innovations, including over 300 patents and patent applications, and has authored high-impact papers cited over 3000 times. Previously, they held a product development engineer role at Mitsubishi Silicon America and have led critical projects in areas such as Phase Change Memory and 3D Xpoint technology.
