Jaime Gonzalez is a Unified Communications Engineer and a Genesys Cloud Specialist with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced telephony and network systems. Jaime worked as a Senior Telecom Engineer at Intel Corporation from 2006 to 2022, leading contact center cloud migration and acting as a key technical owner for telephony solutions in Costa Rica. Prior to that, Jaime served as a Network Specialist at Superintendencia de Entidades Financieras and a Telecom Engineer at Banco Credito Agricola de Cartago, beginning their career as a network engineer. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Telematic from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
