James Park

James Park is a seasoned technology and engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and product management. Currently serving in Technology Platforms Management at Intel Corporation since November 2023, James has previously held significant roles including Senior Director at Samsung Semiconductor, NPI Program Management at AMD, and Engineering Program Management at IBM, contributing to innovative developments in chip technology and product introduction. James's career spans over two decades, with earlier positions at Qualcomm, AMD/GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and Cypress Semiconductor, showcasing a strong background in project leadership, process technology development, and cross-functional collaboration.
