Jeff Shu is a 3D NAND TD CVD Manager at Intel Corporation, where they have been since 2020. Previously, Jeff held several engineering positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including roles as Senior Process Engineer and Principal Process Engineer, working on technologies down to 20nm. Jeff began their career at SMIC, contributing to the startup of their Fab4 facility and leading the CVD processes for 100nm DRAM technology transfer. Jeff earned their degree from Shanghai University between 2001 and 2004.
