They served as a Maintenance Technician in the US Army from 1984 to 1992, managing maintenance teams and training members for safe task execution. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Technical Program Manager and Risks & Control Program Manager, where they led critical initiatives in performance tracking and cultural change.
