Jianjun Cheng

Jianjun Cheng is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Yield Management at Intel Corporation since 2022, Jianjun previously held roles such as Senior Technical Staff Member at Qualcomm and Engagement Director at PDF Solutions, where they contributed to advanced technology development and yield ramp initiatives. Jianjun has also worked in various engineering capacities, including design verification and compact model development, at companies like Tality/Cadence and Intel. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics from Tsinghua University, followed by two Master's degrees in Power Electronics and Microelectronics.
