Jim Black is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the gaming and software industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Game Engines and Technology at Intel Corporation since September 2021, Jim previously held leadership positions at AMD as Director of Technology Partnerships and at Magic Leap as VP of Developer & Creator Relations. A significant part of Jim's career was spent at NVIDIA, where roles included Senior Director of Worldwide Technology Evangelism, overseeing developer adoption across major gaming platforms, and Developer Relations Account Manager, managing initiatives with over 60 publishers and studios. Early career roles at Apple and Netscape contributed to a robust foundation in product management and technology evangelism. Jim holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BA cum laude with Honors in Classical Studies from Wake Forest University.
