Jim Kleffner

Jim Kleffner is a program management leader specializing in the development and deployment of microelectronic products. With extensive experience at companies such as AMD, Dell, Silicon Labs, and Intel, they have directed globally diverse teams in complex product developments from concept to production. Jim has a strong focus on improving processes and governance while mentoring and coaching team members. They hold a BSEE in Engineering with a focus on Semiconductors from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
