Joel Willard

Joel Willard is a Vice President at Intel Corporation, where they lead the Sales and Marketing Legal team. With a background in antitrust and class action litigation, Joel has contributed to a diverse $60B+ product portfolio by providing innovative legal solutions. Previously, they were a senior associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and served in various legislative roles, including as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. Joel is also dedicated to advocacy for children in foster care, having served on the Youth, Rights and Justice Board of Directors for nine years and testified before the Oregon State Legislature on their behalf. Joel earned a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
