Jossette Chanto possesses extensive experience in financial analysis and operations management across multiple prestigious organizations. At Citi, Jossette served as the Integrated Close PMO & Process Improvement Lead, overseeing headcount management and leading cross-departmental meetings, and previously as a Technology Infrastructure Senior Financial Analyst & Supervisor, ensuring the accuracy of technology expense reporting. At Amazon, roles included Disability and Leave Services Employee Experience Senior Specialist and Business Operations Program Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction analytics and operational strategic planning. Earlier experience at Intel Corporation included positions as Network Revenue Finance Lead and Close & Reporting Team Lead, driving revenue forecasts and compliance.
