Karthik Rao

Karthik Rao is a Senior IP RTL Design Engineer at Intel, with a strong academic background including a Master's Degree in VLSI Design from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from the Manipal Institute of Technology. Previously, Karthik held positions at Freescale Semiconductor, Oracle Corporation, and Samsung Electronics, contributing to significant projects in RTL design and micro-architecture. Karthik has successfully taped out chips and improved latency in designs, while also supporting various verification and validation activities. Additionally, Karthik has experience as a grader in electrical engineering courses at USC, showcasing a commitment to education and mentorship.
