Kati Barcklay

Kati Barcklay has extensive experience in employee engagement, learning and development, and communication within Intel Corporation since October 2010. As an Employee Engagement Program Manager & Communications Lead, Kati has successfully led cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and developed multifaceted communication plans for diverse audiences. Previous roles at Intel include Learning & Development Program Manager, where Kati managed training programs for over 5,500 employees, and various analytical positions focusing on market development funds and supply chain management. Earlier in their career, Kati served as an English teacher at multiple high schools from 2005 to 2010. Kati holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Policy from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola Marymount University.
