Lawrence Achorn

Lawrence Achorn is currently the Associate General Counsel for Antitrust and Commercial Litigation at Intel Corporation, a position they have held since 2008. Previously, they served as Special Counsel at Heller Ehrman, focusing on securities litigation, and Vice President and Senior Counsel at Morgan Stanley, where they managed complex commercial litigation. Their career began as a Computer Systems Analyst at Conoco, Inc. and Great-West Life Assurance Company, followed by a decade at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as an Associate specializing in various forms of litigation. Lawrence earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
