Lei Jiang

Lei Jiang has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in thermal and power validation within the semiconductor industry. With a career at Intel Corporation spanning over 15 years, Lei served as a Senior Principal Engineer and previously as a Senior Staff Engineer, focusing on driving innovations in thermal mechanical reliability and developing models for advanced IC design. Prior experience includes post-doctoral research on nonlinear fluid dynamics at Northwestern University and nonlinear capillary waves at the University of Michigan. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Dalian University of Technology.
