Liang He

Liang Liang is a Packaging R&D Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they currently focus on engineering technology development. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Beihang University and a PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology, where their research focused on corrosion behavior in duplex stainless steels. Liang has also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and an Undergraduate Research Assistant, gaining experience in surface analysis, electrochemistry, and synthesis of advanced materials. Additionally, they contributed as a Pro Bono Consultant at Community Consulting Teams in Atlanta.
