Lu Xu

Lu Xu is currently the Business Line Director of Intel's 18A technology and has held various engineering and leadership roles throughout their career. They began their professional journey as a Process Integration Engineer intern at TSMC, followed by a position as a Visiting Scientist at HASYLAB, University of Hamburg. Lu has significant experience in product development and management from their time as Team Leader at ASML and as Deputy Director at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. They also served as Director of Global Commercial Operations at Ansys before joining Intel. Lu's educational background includes advanced studies from Harvard Business School, Rotterdam School of Management, and a Ph.D. from Dublin City University.
