Manal Samy Kandel

Manal Samy Kandel is a Senior Physical Verification Engineer at Intel, where they have been contributing since 2022. With over 17 years of experience in EDA physical verification tools development, Manal has a strong background in programming and machine learning, having executed multiple automation projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Vermont and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Islamic Studies from Ain Shams University and Mishkah University, respectively. Previously, Manal has worked as an IC Design Consultant at both Mentor Graphics and Mentronix, as well as in various engineering roles at Telecom Egypt and GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
