Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson is the SPTD Process Integration Manager at Intel Corporation. They previously held roles as a Senior Process Engineer and various integration management positions within the Substrate Packaging Technology Development team at Intel from 2011 to 2016. Prior to Intel, Matthew worked as a Research Associate at Arizona State University, where they contributed to the development of high temperature carbon dioxide separation membranes, and at SINTEF, facilitating collaborative research. Their educational background includes a PhD, MSE, and BS in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. Matthew also gained early experience as a Battery Technician Intern at Acme Aerospace Inc.
