Michael Koh

Michael Koh has worked in the semiconductor industry since 1991 and currently serves as the Director of External Test Operations at Intel Corporation, where they oversee product test quality and test data analysis automation. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director for Test & Sort Operations at Xilinx Asia Pacific Pte Ltd from 2004 to 2021, managing a team focused on test cost, quality, and efficiency. Michael also worked as a Senior Manager for Product and Test Engineering at SSMC from 2001 to 2004, where they were responsible for product yield and testing. They earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
