Minyoung Lee

Minyoung Lee is a Senior Staff Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they have been involved in TCAD research since 2022. With over 14 years of experience at a leading semiconductor company, Minyoung previously held the position of Software Engineer from 2011 to 2016, focusing on process technology development and plasma chemistry. Prior to joining Intel, Minyoung worked in quality assurance at Korean Air's aerospace division from 2001 to 2004, managing sub-tier supplier quality using BAE and Airbus specifications. Minyoung obtained a degree from Carnegie Mellon University between 2004 and 2010.
