Mohsen Alavi is the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Foundry Quality & Reliability and Advanced Packaging Manufacturing at Intel Corporation, a position held since 2024. They previously served as the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Quality and Reliability from 2018 to 2024, and held multiple leadership roles within Intel since joining the company in 1986. Mohsen completed a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University in 1986 and has published numerous papers while holding various patents throughout their career.
