Mukund Pai

Mukund Pai is the Director of Power and Performance in AI and Xeon Server Silicon Engineering at Intel Corporation. They have been with Intel since 1998, starting as a Design Engineer and progressing to roles such as Engineering Manager/IP Program Manager and Server Silicon Power Lead. Mukund focuses on optimizing power and performance for next-generation Server SOCs, using their expertise in server power, thermal analysis, and IP methodology development. They hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in VLSI Design from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Hardware Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
