Natasha Deo

Natasha Deo serves as the Head of Ethics & Compliance at Intel Corporation and has held significant legal leadership roles, including Deputy General Counsel for Eaton's EMEA Electrical sector. With over 9 years at Eaton, they guided legal operations, mergers and acquisitions, and labor relations while fostering high-performance cultures. Earlier in their career, Natasha fortified Gazprom's corporate governance as the sole UK-qualified corporate counsel. They are currently pursuing a Legal Practice Course and an LLB (Honours) in Law from The University of Law and City, University of London, respectively.
