Patricia Sarr

Patricia "Patti" Sarr has extensive experience at Intel Corporation since 1998, currently serving as a Talent Excellence Solutions Program Manager, focusing on development programs for Global Supply Chain employees. Throughout her career at Intel, Patti has held various roles including Employee Communications Manager, where strategies were implemented to enhance internal communications and align organizational goals, and Director of IT Leadership & Employee Communications, managing a team dedicated to amplifying the CIO Office's voice and nurturing talent. Patti also contributed as a consultant for Intel University, enhancing employee communication skills. Additionally, Patti has served as a community action board member for Koinonia and worked as a consultant at Herakles. Patti holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento and California State University, Bakersfield.
