Peter (Chin-Chang) Hsu is a Principal Engineer with a focus on technology development and design enablement. They have extensive experience in physical verification for advanced IC nodes, contributing significantly to methodologies that support design solutions from 20nm to 3nm. Previously, as a Technical Manager at TSMC North America, Peter provided critical customer support and collaborated with EDA partners to address complex challenges. With a solid academic foundation including a Master’s degree in Electro-Optical Science and Technology, Peter also holds a Ph.D. candidacy in the same field, having developed a patented optical switch during their studies. Currently, they are employed at Intel.
