Philip Fisher

Philip Fisher is currently the Manager of Technology Access at Intel Corporation, where they focus on silicon foundry technology support for new product design and yield ramp. Previously, they served as a Technical Manager in Device Engineering at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company from 2007 to 2011, and held positions as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Member of Technical Staff at AMD from 2000 to 2007. Philip is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature at the University of Washington, along with a Doctor of Philosophy in Solid State Physics from Harvard University.
