Pravin Chandran

Pravin Chandran is a tech leader specializing in AI-driven innovations and chip design automation. They previously served as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Oracle/Sun Microsystems from 2008 to 2014, focusing on CAD methodology and variability modeling for SRAM designs. From 2018 to 2021, Pravin was a Deep Learning R&D Engineer at Intel, where they led the development of an AI accelerator and contributed to significant publications in FedML algorithms. Currently, Pravin holds the position of SW Research Lead at Intel, driving methodologies for parametric variation modeling and leading initiatives in LLM-based generative AI solutions. They are also pursuing an M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on VLSI at Clemson University.
