Roman Rechter

Roman Rechter is an experienced technologist and manager in the semiconductors industry, currently serving as the SOC Pre-Si PnP Org Director at Intel. They possess over 16 years of expertise in various roles, including management positions focused on performance optimization, quality, and reliability within SOC design. Roman's previous experience includes roles as a Fab Quality and Reliability Engineer and a Product Quality and Reliability Manager, where they contributed significantly to innovative methodologies and team leadership, earning recognition with the 2019 Intel Achievement Award. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master's degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
