Ruth Hamler has extensive experience in strategic business development, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering, with a focus on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and external design intellectual property at Intel Corporation since January 1999. Currently serving as a leader in strategic business relationships and contract negotiations, Ruth has successfully driven cost reductions, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and aligned EDA strategies with business objectives. Ruth's previous roles include significant achievements in EDA software compliance and centralized management, as well as contributions to sales in automated building systems at Johnson Controls. Ruth holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Kansas, and a certificate in Sustainability Studies from UCLA Extension.
