Saumil Samant, Ph.D., is a Staff Process Integration Engineer at Intel Corporation with over 9 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. They hold a Ph.D. in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from The University of Akron, where they developed innovative strategies for high-energy density polymer film capacitors. Prior to their current role, Saumil served as a Senior Process Engineer and contributed to advancements in semiconductor fabrication, particularly in EUV lithography and plasma etching, enhancing the scalability and performance of next-generation integrated chips. Saumil also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering & Technology with Distinction from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
