Shaima Nahreen is a technologist currently engaged in Silicon and Wafer Level Assembly Process Integration, and Packaging R&D at Intel Corporation. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Shaima's research focused on catalytic upgrading of renewable resources and shale gas. Previously, Shaima held various positions in both academia and industry, including roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Staff Engineer.
