Shanthi Rangaswamy

Shanthi Rangaswamy is currently the Director of Engineering at Samsung Semiconductor, where they lead a diverse organization focused on the development and deployment of tools, flows, and methodologies for backend digital implementation. With approximately 23 years of experience, Shanthi has held various leadership roles, including Engineering Manager and Director at Intel Corporation, overseeing backend design execution and CAD flow development. They began their career as a Lead Engineer at Texas Instruments and later served as a Technical Manager at PMC-Sierra. Shanthi holds a degree from Bharathiar University, which they completed in 2001.
