Sharmini Green

Sharmini Green is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and standards counsel. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Intel Corporation since July 2002, Sharmini provides strategic advice on participation in standards bodies and oversees the growth of Intel's patent portfolio across various cutting-edge technologies. Previous roles at Intel include Director & Associate General Counsel in the Intel Patent Group and Patent Group Counsel, where Sharmini managed teams and developed patent strategies. Prior to Intel, Sharmini worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at RIORDAN & MCKINZIE, a Litigation Associate at HOWREY & SIMON, and a Patent Attorney at BLAKELY, SOKOLOFF, TAYLOR & ZAFMAN. Sharmini began the career at Oracle Corporation in quality assurance and holds a JD in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
