Silpa Kona, PhD, is a strategic sourcing and global supply chain leader with over three years of experience in end-to-end procurement and more than eight years in high-complexity, regulated environments. Silpa's expertise includes building category strategies, conducting multimillion-dollar negotiations, and standardizing procurement processes to optimize costs while mitigating risks. With a background as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisville, Silpa has also served in various roles, including as a Chief Operating Officer and STEAM Program Director. Currently, Silpa is involved in mentoring and contributing to knowledge marketplaces, leveraging their extensive experience to drive impactful outcomes.
